Clearly, these people are not reading the same manga as we are WHAT THE FUCK. Arthur CARES. VERY HARD.

I like to think, and I have mentioned this before, that they both have mutual unrealized feelings. Because you know. Communication is an issue for them.
It's pretty much headcanon for me Arthur rarely, if ever, makes appearances in his birthday. You can count in ONE HAND the times he showed up.
