Now that I think about it, there aren't really that many proposals in anime/manga. Usually epilogues just fast-forward to when couples are married and have children... I guess it's one of those "the moon is beautiful tonight" implied things. (Although if I ever see a "I want to share the same gravestone as you" proposal in anime I will LOL majorly.)
